Oteldeki ağır mazot kokusu dayanılmaz seviyedeydi. Otelin park yerinin aslında yok olduğunu arabamız çekildiğinde anladık. Arabamız hotel valesi tarafından park edildiği yerden çekildi. Plaka odaya kayıt edilmediği için haber bile verilmedi bize. Uzun tartışmalar sonrasında bize ödeneceği söylenen çekici ve ceza bedeli hala ödenmedi. Akşam yemeğinde 20 dakika servis ve su bekledik. Çünkü temiz çatal bıçak ve su ellerinde kalmamıştı Otelin konumu gerçekten çok güzel. Ama işletim problemleri ve mazot kokusu problemi çözülmeden oteli 1 gece için bile kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum

Otel rezaletti yetkilililerde kabul ettiler,15 gün önce devir aldıklarını eksiklikleri olduğunu ve 2 yıldır boş olduğunu söylediler,sitenizdeki resimdeki odalar yoktu,odalarda telefon yoktu,tam bir rezaletti ve konaklamadık zaten,çok sıkıntılı bir süreç yaşadık ailece,Ödememizi Hotels.com un yapacağını Mail atıp bize de haber verecekleri söylendi,ne Mail geldi nede ödemem yapıldı,müşteri hizmetleriyle görüştüm beni suçlarcasına sert bir ifadeyle o anda niye haber vermediğim söylendi,kendisine aradığımı ulaşamadığımı söyledim,ve şu an Hotels.com dan yaptığım köln leonarda royal oteldeyim,en kısa zamanda ödememizin yapılmasını talep ediyorum ve sitenizde yayınladığınız otelinizi araştırmanızı rica ediyorum sizden,insanların tatillerinin rezil olmaması için. Yorumsuzz kalmak sanırım tam budur.

otel konum olarak güzel yerde iyi niyetli fakat acemi bir işletimi olduğundan tüm olumsuzlukları yaşadık , Temizlik , yemekler , konfor , tüm bu hizmetlerden mahrum kalarak dişimizi sıkıp günümüzü tamamlayıp konaklamamızı sonlandırmak zorunda kaldık.

Otel personeli kibar gayretli ancak hizmet başarısız.Wi-Fi yok araç park yeri yok ekstra ücret vererek uzakta otoparka parkediyorsunuz. Kalorifer kazanı yakıt kokusu en üst katlara kadar geliyor. Yeme içme konusu başarısız.

The staff was very warm and very helpful. The rooms were roomy but not clean, everything in the building and rooms are very old. The food was terrible and there was no alcoholic beverages within the hotel. On the other hand it is close to the pists.
