Hotels.com sitesi üzerinden yapılan rezervasyonda yapılan ödeme otelin sisteminde görünmemesi.üzere tekrar nakdi olarak ödeme yapıldı. Konu ile ilgili aracı firma ile görüşülmesi yapmak istediğimde Türkiye temsilcisi ve Türkiye de acenteliği olmadığından İnternet üzerinden translate cevirisi üzerine Hindistan'a bir temsilci ile yapılan görüşmede konu hakkında evrak yada makbuz şeklinde hiç bir evrak sunamadıklarından dolayı hem otele hemde HOTELS .COM a ödeme yapılmıştır

Hotels.com dan rezervasyon ve ödemesini yaptığım işletmeye gittiğimde ödeme alamadıklarını söyleyerek tekrar ödeme istenmesi, resepsiyon kısmındaki çalışan kişinin tavırları ve odaların kapısı olsun, işletmedeki diğer eksiklerden dolayı konaklama yapmadım. Yaptığım ödemeyi henüz geri alamadım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, ben mağdur oldum başka insanlar mağdur olmasın.
