Gece 1 gibi otele giriş yaptım. Oda çok kötüydü. Temiz çarşaf istedim. Yırtık rengi kötü bir çarşaf serildi. Geceyarısı 3 den sonra sürekli otele giren çıkan gürültüler bağrışmalar, kapılar açılıp kapanıyor. Bir ara bizim odamız girilmeye çalışıldı. Kabus gibi bir gece geçirdim. Eşim uyudu ama ben o kadar tedirgin oldum kigözümü kırpmadım. Bütün gece nasıl böyle bir otel seçtim diye ahlandım. Sabaha kadar sesler kesilmedi. Sabah erkenden çıkış yaptık. Resepsiyonla durumu paylaştığımızda koreli grup gelmiş bla blaa

Rezalet, odaya bir şişe su dahi koyulmamış, klima iyi ısıtmıyor. Çarşaflar lekeli, dolapta battaniye yok. Giriş, çıkış bilgisi, kahvaltı vs bahsetmiyorum bile. Yorgun olmasam çıkacaktım mecburiyetten kaldım. Çok yazık, firma sahibi otelinde bir gece kalmasını tavsiye ederim.

My review of Hotel Bursa
I liked that Bursa hotel was smack dab in the middle of everything. A subway line is a block and a half away. I wish they would put the heat up though. It got awfully cold at night. I wish the hotel had an elevator too. They have breakfast on the top floor good view of downtown. There a mall around the corner of the hotel. The guys that worked there spoke good English.

Really central hotel.
Lovely hotel right in the centre of Bursa so with all facilities around.
Comfortable, quiet room. Could just do with a hairdryer for us ladies!!
I left too early to have breakfast. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Sehr Zentral, Sauber, Sehr freundlich
Sehr empfehlenswert, ich würde es wieder Buchen. Das Personal Bzw Familienbetrieb (Deutschsprachig)war sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. So muss ein Hotel sein. Zimmer sehr Sauber. Man fühlt sich wohl.

The location is perfect in the middle of historical city, close to metro and bus, staff are friendly and speak arabic and english, room is clean, breakfast is less than average , i faced a problem with hot water , i recommend it

Great place to stay, specially the location. Good breakfast and very nice staff.
The only thing i would change is the bed, you could feel the springs of the matress, even with that, we had a very comfy stay.

Haftasonu için Bursa gezisi yaptık, 1 Gece konaklamamız oldu. Otel Lokasyon olarak çok iyi bir konumda yürüyerek çoğu yeri gezebiliyorsunuz. Ancak hizmet iyi değildi. Diğer otellerin gruplardan dolayı dolu olmasından kaynaklı Bursa City Otelde kalmak durumunda kaldık. Odalar küçük eski bir bina olduğu için diğer odalarla birlikteymişsiniz hissini veriyor. Dolayısıyla 1 saat daha fazla uyuyamazsınız. Tüm odalar aynı anda uyandık. Yatak çok rahatsızdı. Giriş yaptığımızda sifon çekilmemiş tuvalet kağıdı yoktu. Ayrıca Oda Kahvaltı konaklamalarda ve bu tip eski merkez otellerinden çok bir beklentim olmasa dahi temizlik ile otelin eski olmasının bir bağlantısı yok. Resepsiyonda ki beyefendi isteklerimizi yerine getirdi ancak onun elinden de bir şey gelmiyor anladığım kadarıyla şartları elvermiyor resmen. Tavsiyem köklü bir değişim yaparak hem oteli hemde hizmeti iyi hale getirdiklerinde konaklanabilirliği olacaktır,

Bursa City Hotel
the hotel is centrally located and rather quiet. the rooms have enough space for putting one's things and are pleasant. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful and spoke good German. Breakfast was the most basic I have ever seen in a hotel in Turkey. Non-smoking requests are not enforced which was at times disturbing. During weekend groups of young men kept smoking and moving in between rooms making noise with the doors and I could not sleep.
