Great stay and good value

Value was great. Customer service was great. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was just ok but included in our stay. Roof balcony had great views.

Simple hotel - but good quality

They have good staff. rooms are clean, aircon works very well. Breakfast is simple, but good. To be a 3 star hotel, this hotel is very good. Highly recommended for families. There is free parking just beside the hotel. The paid parking is also not expensive. I had a great stay. thanks to all staf

It was very close to the mall and resturaunt and public transportation. Very walkable distance for most necessary things. Easy for us to get vale parking which was convenient for us. Free room service as well. Only complaint is a lack of a microwave in the room. Overall, very good service and experience, thank you

Otelin konumu ve ilgili personeli iyi. Otelin hemen yanındaki park alanıyla anlaşmaları olduğu için park problemi olmuyor. Açık büfe kahvaltısı da gayet çeşitli ve güzel. Ancak tuvaletlerin kötü kokuları var ve havalandırma çalışsa da hiç gitmiyor. Ek olarak, otelin suçu değil ancak bulunduğumuz katta bir çok öğrenci de geceliyordu ve çok gürültü yapıldı gerek koridordan gerek odalardan. Yani biraz ses izolasyonu problemi var diyebilirim ama genel hatlarıyla iyi bir otel

Das Zimmer hat mir sehr gefallen und die Sauberkeit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker für jeden war etwas da. Personal war sehr freundlich. Man kann das Hotel mit einem reinem Herz weiterempfehlen.

When we arrived they someone had messed up and dropped our reservation from the system, they put us in another hotel for the same group 3 km away! in two separate rooms me and kids!! Breakfast is the most basic i have ever seen, almost nothing to eat..Overall poor experience.

This probably was one of the worst hotels I stayed at, the room was dirty, curtain were falling down, beds were old and not comfortable, and the room smelled like cigarettes Bering smoked in it all night.

Beds are barely off the floor & very uncomfortable

The beds are very old and outdated, too low to the floor and completely uncomfortable. Other than, everything else was AMAZING!

The Hotel is located within walking distance from the Kent Shopping mall and is ideally located for travel to tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is clean and well priced for a short stay in Bursa.

Das Hotel an sich ist eigentlich seh gut, Zimmer sind sauber und groß genug, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel vor der Tür vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr schlecht, die Mitarbeiter sind nicht nur schlecht qualifiziert sondern auch einfach unhöflich. Wer auf ein freundliches Gesicht und nette Worte erwartet sollte sich ein anderes Hotel aussuchen.
