"The only problem I had with the room was the a/c filter was dirty. I cleaned the filter and the hotel was alerted to the incident. The hotel responded I appreciate you letting us know, after speaking with maintenance, I did learn that the room was thoroughly looked at as part of their servicing. It sounds like they may have accidently missed that. I would love to be able to offer you a complimentary breakfast on us for in the morning or I can add some points to your IHG account? I am so sorry about this incident. How awesome was this! I will definitely be coming back to this location next year. I admire the management response and action to correct the issue and compensate me for my time."
