Please note that the condo is located in the Mountain Air Community, however we do not have a membership and guests will not have access to the Mountain Air amenities such as the clubhouse.

Our condo is located near popular attractions like Mount Mitchell State Park, Roan Mountain State Park, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. You'll also find plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes in downtown Burnsville, just a few minutes away. Here are a few things we highly recommend:

Getting Around:

If you are arriving by car, there is a dedicated carport parking spot for you at the property. We highly recommend having a car to be able to get to the all the nearby attractions of Burnsville. Otherwise, Lyft & Uber also operate in the area.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the condo is for sale as well. We try to coordinate with guests on showings if any come up.



Pet fee varies based on length of stay (will be requested after booking):



1-6 days: $25/day

7-27 days: $200

28+ days: $250/mo



The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.



We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.



In case you or anyone in your travel group is sensitive to cleaning products or cleaning smells, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you with the cleaning process from our team.
