Spent time at the lake and pool enjoying summer. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was big and lots of cooking items. We would have liked to play pool on a rainy day, but there weren't really any usable cues. The back porch could use a scrubbing, but the hot tun looked clean. We would definitely go back.
Nice house but not the cleanest it could be. Pool table but only one usable adult cue stick and no chalk. Grill was too dirty inside to use. Lots and lots of nick nacks and decorations all over...too much. So much stuff in bedroom closest we could not hang clothes or store anything. Nice pool and lake access for boating. Overall great place but needs a good cleaning and get rid of so much decoration. Air cond quit on our last night.
Nice property but needs a few updates...several light bulbs are burnt out and need replacing, one side of the hot tub does not work, and the clock does not work. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a great time with friends.
Comfortable slept 7 adults and 3 children. The game room was big enough to for a queen air mattress. There was a full-size fold-out couch in the main that we didn't even use. The bunk bed was sturdy enough that an adult could sleep in the top bunk. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Kitchen was well stocked.
Loved M&M’s Retreat. I was very spacious room for everyone. Very comfortable and cozy
Great place to vacation on Lake Cumberland. The pool was a added bonus after a long hot hot day on the boat. Will try to book it again next year at the same time in July. Family is already looking forward to next year and we just arrived home in Ohio.
We were a group of 4 friends and their families who stayed at this property for 2 nights. We stayed at a different property Lake Cumberland Resort III last year as well. Steve and Dianna are perfect hosts. The property was nice and clean. The checkin and checkout process was easy. The boat ramp is a walking distance from this property. Thank you for making our stay memorable once again!
I was surprised at how dated the property was, and it was neat to a point, but deep down, a little dirty. Also we had only one towel per bathroom for 12 people. I would recommend more towels. We had to use our beach towels for baths and showers!Beartiful area and Dianne was great. You probably need to remove alot of the nic-nacs, and update a bit. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Please do not be offended by my comments, but we probably would not book this property again.
Such a beautiful lakeside location and view! Clean house, stocked drawers, plenty of extra bedding. Our only small gripe is that right next to the house is a large patch of poison ivy, that should definitely be taken care of. Other than that, we’d come back in a heartbeat!
The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and six kids. The house had everything you could want, including TVs ready with Netflix and Disney+. The kitchen was stocked and even had some child-friendly dishes. Three of the kids in our group were under 3 and slept in pack-n-plays, so if your kids are older the sleeping arrangements for more than 3-4 kids might be tight (although it does have a pull-out couch). Highly recommend this house.
Very nice, description was pretty spot on. Boat ramp and pool within walking distance but very steep hills if you do walk, lol. Overall great experience. Some things could use a upgrade. A bit more organization to free up some closet space in master. But definitely recommend. Thank you for the great cumberland experience.
The home has great potential. It’s open, roomy, and laid out well. It’s light and bright, even more so than in the photos. The beds are comfy. The management was very responsive and helpful. The home needs updating and editing. The basement furniture needs to be replaced. There are many surfaces throughout the home, with lots of knickknacks, which are unnecessary. The biggest issue is the closets in the main bedrooms: they were so stuffed with random items that they were unusable for us for our clothes. The owner needs to clear out half of the stuff that’s in the home. There were three large crockpots, six large platters, a drawer full of utensils to scramble through to find what was necessary to cook, and the flatware was minimal and cheap. The deck furniture needs to be replaced. The table is broken. The chairs around the kitchen table are somewhat broken and my grandson scratched his hand on a nail sticking out. There’s a large fake tree in the kitchen, which space could be better used for seating around the table. The folding chairs apparently had been left out in the rain and when we sat on them, water came out onto the floor. If a person brought their own boat, the boat ramp is very close and convenient. We were utilizing the local marina and it was quite a drive to get there. The Wi-Fi is good. The swimming pool is nice and close. The check-in was very slow as the man read many details to us that were included in the packet.
This property is close to the boat ramp and has all the comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The only negative thing I can say is the 10am checkout time.
We enjoyed our stay at lake Cumberland. We had 6 adults and 4 teenagers. We had plenty of space. The beds are comfy and the place stays nice and cool. The only thing we noticed was that it could use a good deep clean.
The check in process was smooth and the neighborhood was cute and quiet. We do an annual girls lake trip every summer and this house fit us all perfectly with great amenities.
Perfect fall break social distance mini vacation. Lots of space, nice peaceful view/location. Kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated how kid friendly it was (games, chairs etc.)

Needs a good deep cleaning
Pictures were accurate of the layout which is very nice, the home is spacious and has a good flow. The list of amenities was also accurate. The kitchen was well stocked but needs broken items replaced. Our biggest disappointment was this house is in need of a good deep cleaning and have worn out items replaced.
This cabin is spacious and has a very nice selection of toys for the kids. This was our second stay and we loved it. Wish the back deck was a little more spacious, but otherwise no complaints. Friendly community!
