Not only was the check-in staff, extremely rude and unhelpful, they did not give us any information about breakfast, they did not give us any information about anything on the property. We did not even know what time checkout was. After checkout, they double charged our card and when speaking to a manager, all I was told was we would have to take it up with our banking institution after the Columbus Day holiday. Extremely unhelpful, will never stay there again. Do not recommend at all.

Fairlane Hotel has genuinely become my home away from home whenever I’m in Nashville. There are definitely more affordable options nearby, but I keep coming back here because the experience is consistently worth it.
The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and pleasant, and there’s something about the atmosphere that just feels easy and familiar. The staff has always made my stays enjoyable, and at this point it feels less like checking into a hotel and more like returning to a place I already know.
My only small complaint would be the valet service. It can be a little slow, especially during busier times, so if you need your car at a specific time, I definitely recommend requesting it in advance.
Other than that, Fairlane remains my preferred place to stay in Nashville, and I’ll happily keep coming back.
