"I booked a room with kitchenette and washing machine and both weren’t available. Communication was hard, even with google Translate. I understood that kitchen and washing machine were no longer provided. This made the room bad value. The first night the wifi was very spotty, but that was better the second night. All in al not a bad place, but the info on the Expedia site was wrong. . "

Then the bathroom with a regular shower, a steam bath,sauna. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and the big plus spoke english. I will definitely recommend thıs hotel to anyone that likes luxury.
