Pros: Location about a 5 minute walk from Church Street, priced a bit lower than other properties in this area, and relatively quiet, bed comfortable (but I prefer soft mattress like this), single-cup coffee maker with a few pods provided, 5 minute walk to Kru Coffee, washer/dryer in unit, good shower headCons: Photos online showed cream/sugar so I didn’t get any—but there wasn’t any (Kru Coffee saved me!), other reviewers commented on how clean it was, but I did not experience this—things were a bit dusty and throw rugs are stained/dirty-appearing, only place to sit down is on the bed or one of 2 barstools. All in all: if I were traveling alone again and wanted to be in that location, I might consider staying again. It wasn’t bad in spite of a couple of downsides
