This hotel is just a block from the Church Street pedestrian mall, filled with shops and restaurants, and just three blocks from Lake Champlain! It's clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable, and has a nice grill in the historic Armory part of the hotel where we ate breakfast every day. The grill has a breakfast buffet but you can also order from the menu. The hotel also has a nice snack and drink shop with a lot of choices. Finally, it has a pool and gym! We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! :)

Great spot but no free parking - $22 for valet per day. Our room also had a relatively constant rumbling noise coming from below, a broken toilet and construction tape on the showers ceramic seemingly holding it up - probably left over from when it was recently built. Overall did certainly recommend this hotel but don’t be shy to call the front desk if anything’s amiss, they’re great

The hotel is very nice and clean, but we did not realize how unsafe the neighborhood was until after we booked and could not change the reservation. The hotel had valet service, so we did not have to park and walk.

They are currently updating the hotel. Was never bothered by noise. Excellent location near waterfront and church street mall. Excellent restaurants within 2-3 block radius. Staff super accommodating. Will stay there again!!

The HVAC in our room sounded like a freight train, so we couldn’t sleep. Pretty crazy, especially considering the room cost $392 for the night. To make up for this, they comped our $22 parking and gave us free breakfast…. Which we threw out, it was so disgusting. I can’t believe they have the balls to charge money for that. It’s the kid of breakfast that comes free with any room at Holiday Inn.

We have really enjoyed staying here in the past. Our experience this time was not quite as nice. The street is under construction (not Hilton’s fault) and is closed just at the entrance. The HVAC did not work in our room. It was very hot and stuffy. There were long black hairs in the showers. The shower handle was almost falling off. Not great.

Have stayed at this nice hotel a few times - it's my favorite when visiting the Burlington area. It's especially convenient to the Flynn Theater and several good restaurants.

Currently undergoing some renovation. We were on 4th floor, work was being done on the floor below and we could definitely hear construction noise. Didn't find out about the $22/day parking fee until we arrived at the property. $25 for two people for breakfast was not out of line, but the variety of breakfast foods was very limited, and what was served was not prepared well.

Check in was easy and quick. Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel location was close to everything. Food and shopping areas all within walking distance. Enjoyed Burlington, would book a room here again.

We checked in on a Friday afternoon. Sounded like construction on the floor above no mention at check in. Went to dinner with friends and returned around eight. We could hear the TV in the room next door. The TV played all night until four am. Pretty disappointed with the sound proofing. Long night!!!
