  • 3-bedroom single story waterfront house with large yard, plenty of shade and a gentle slope towards the water. The space features a king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed, perfect for families, friends and fishermen. Home features two full size bathrooms, laundry room, fully stocked kitchen, sunroom, screened in patio, covered parking and comfortable climate control. New boat dock with covered sitting area. Guests will enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay no matter the season.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip used beds & pillows. Leave used linens/blankets in a pile on each bed.
Leave all used towels in the bathtubs, not on the floor.
Collect trash from each bathroom and place in the kitchen garbage cans. Double knot each kitchen trash bag and patio trash bag then place in garbage can located outside master bedroom window.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
