Lock the doors
Please collect all trash — inside and outside — before you leave. Place bagged trash in the receptacles between the house and the garage.
Wash and return the dishes. Dump coffee grounds from the coffee pot. Clean the grill, scoop and remove ashes. Dump COLD ashes behind the outdoor kitchen.
Make sure you don't leave any of your belongings. We can ship items for a $15 fee plus postage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
