"The place is amazing in the wood, restaurant and super market inside. The price is not cheap, in july I paid about two five cero per night. The only thing I didn't like is the check-in and check-out timing. Check-in is at 18.00 (too late) and check-out is at 9.00 (too early). Additionaly, in the policies it was written that the music was not allowed, however, there was a lot of music for the baby dance and other internal events"

"This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

"Wow what a place and what a villa! We celebrated 50th birthday week with travelers from age 13-80 and everyone found this place perfect. Very clean, both inside and outside and every morning a gardener cleaned the fantastic pool and took care of all beautiful plants, so everything was green and blooming. The location is perfect, but you will need a car to get to the nearby cities and beaches. We were warmly welcomed by the charming owner and he and he's staff was extremely helpful at all time. We can truly recommend Villa Maremma and the area. "
