Additional important information
Utility costs such as electricity and water for the commercial kitchen will be billed based on actual usage. Cleaning costs for the commercial kitchen will be billed based on the amount of work required and, if applicable, offset against the security deposit. Any damages will also be offset against the security deposit. The security deposit is 250 euros.
