This spacious apartment at the “Punkt XII e.V.” seminar centre, with 12 sleeping spots and a spacious seminar room, offers ideal conditions for groups, families, or seminar participants. It combines functional amenities with a natural setting in the heart of the Steigerwald.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, including all bedrooms, the bathroom, the separate toilet, and the fully equipped kitchen. The spacious seminar room and the adjoining balcony with a view of the Steigerwald are also part of the apartment and may be used at any time.

In addition, our guests are welcome to use the shared outdoor area behind the seminar house, which features a fire pit and seating.

Other rooms in the seminar centre—such as the catering kitchen or additional seminar rooms—are available upon request and by arrangement.

Additional Important Information
The seminar house is located in the charming, quiet village of Oberrimbach, surrounded by a hilly landscape of forests and meadows.
Via the nearby A3 highway, you can easily reach the nearest major cities—Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg—in less than an hour.
Within walking distance of the house lies the Steigerwald, which, with its numerous trails, invites you to go hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
