"We did not like the self check in machines, there were 3 staff members who just sat there doing nothing, while we did their work, including making our own key cards! The duvet was soiled, it had 2 very large stains on it (fortunately, it was hot so we only used the cover which was clean). The hotel only provided 1 bathrobe and when we asked, they said they didn't have a 2nd available. The parking was an additional 10 euro fee per day, which was not noted when we booked. There should be a handrail in the WC since the toilet was very very low. The fridge in the room did not work/was not cold. There was a very good lock up for our bikes, but it was very small for the number of bikes that were there."

"Nieuwe chalet aan de rand van camping de Duinhoeve gelegen. Het chalet is klein maar fijn, meer heb je niet nodig. Prettig dat er een eigen toilet is. Er is koud stromend water. Een koelkast zonder vriesvak. Basis keukengerei aanwezig. Sleutel via een sleutelkastje op het terras van het chalet. Een foutje van mij met het doorgeven van het kenteken van de auto was door de klantenservice snel opgelost waardoor we met de auto het campingterrein op konden rijden, tot een paar meter tot het chalet. De klantenservice is goed en snel bereikbaar en je wordt via mail op de hoogte gehouden. Het enige wat een beetje verwarrend was: boeking via Expedia, bevestiging van Belvilla en uitvoering door WelcomeIn. En de camping is Duinhoeve. 4 partijen voor 1 boeking. Wij hebben geen problemen ervaren maar als je wel een probleem ervaart, bij wie moet je dan zijn en wie voelt zich verantwoordelijk? De faciliteiten op de camping zijn prima, fietsenhuur tegen betaling en sanitaire voorzieningen zijn netjes en gratis. Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijk rustig verblijf (in de zomervakantie - de andere chalets leken niet geboekt) en fijne dagen op een mooie plek!"

"Staff very friendly, very convenient location, not far from the beach, a very unique hotel. Parking was a five minute walk away, so many great restaurants very close and you can walk the beautiful city very easily, people there are very friendly!"

"Very cool place, a hotel in the old building of the sailors' school. The building breathes nautical history, yet it has all the modern elements you'd expect from a hotel. We loved this place !"

"Lovely clean hotel & rooms. Booked a 2-bed apartment, which had all the amenities you could need with relaxing lounge area. Breakfast had both hot & cold options extra touches of alternative milk options & multiple juice options. Would definitely return. "

"Really liked the breakfast buffet with all kind of local treats, fresh bread, jam and all kind of fruit. Friendly staff (They are foreigners but do speak Dutch), restaurant do have de decent choice of menus to choose from. Nice and quite place next to glider plane airport which is a stretch of grass. Hotel does have a possibility to rent, E-Bikes, Fatbikes or even a small car. Will defintely go back again, behind this hotel probably 300mtr. further is another Fletcher Hotel with Spa, have been there before and is little bit more recent, didn´t visit the Spa but they say it´s worth to do, so maybe next time."
