"Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

"The internet did not work in our room on the top floor. The building smelled a bit strange (maybe from past floods). Our room was supposed to have a „garden view with tower“, but the window overlooked garbage in a backyard. We were kindly offered different rooms at no extra cost, but we wanted to stay together in the family room (there were no other family rooms available). There was a low hanging antler chandelier which caused a gash on my brother-in-law‘s head. We asked for two extra pillows...

"The hotel is in good condition, just besides road, but not noisy at all. The breakfast is basic, but with very good view of Rive Rhen The parking is free but discs is limited. We got the last one spot "

"For a one night stay it was perfectly fine and good value. The room was clean, beds decent and bathroom was nice. There was some paper left on the floor of the bathroom and one of the bed side lights had no bulb in it. The room was big and clean but very basic, no phone, just one desk chair, a huge empty space which felt slightly strange, no pen or paper, no tea/coffee.making facilities, literally just a room a bed and a tv a wardrobe and one light. For our purposes it was fine, clean, quiet...

"Just stayed 2 nights with my boyfriend. Check-in was quick. We were early and were able to check-in earlier for a €15 fee. Location is great. Beautiful hotel. Bed was so comfortable. Only "negative" things are the tv (only german/dubbed channels. And the parking garage under the hotel has a fee which it doesn'tsay on hotels.com or on the sign when entering the garage. . On the sign it says "hotel guests only" and to report at the reception. Nothing about a fee, so we were under the impression...
