The hotel wifi is terrible and intermittent. The bathrooms are horrific. No full length mirror in the room, no outlets in the bathroom so you have to use the dryers in a dark corner of the room. The lighting in the bathroom is also AWFUL so we left the house never knowing what we looked like each day. The food in the restaurant is completely unremarkable. Even though WiFi extenders are widely available, they’ll never get it for you. The cast to TV will not work since you can’t stay on the wifi. Do better.

What could be more convenient? This hotel on the Thames, is near several bridges for easy access to major tourist sites including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, the London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. AND, many convenient, quality site for dining nearby and in the hotel itself.

Ok the room was spacious being one of the larger rooms and clean. Bed and bedding great. Location great. One downside was I could not get a late checkout for 1 or 2 hours even if I paid which was a little downer.
Apart from that all good.
