"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though...
