"2 nt right off main Sq Hotel had atmosphere as built 1502. Breakfast good outdoor restaurant cool releif from heat. No AC no elevator but fan helped in unseasonaly hot weather. Could not get better location . Suggest ask for separate shower as many rooms had them. "

"This is the best experience we had during our travel all over Europe Owner and staff was very helpful. Free coffee served. Rooms are clean and there is a kitchen for personal use. We felt like we visit our relatives It was like a home to us Location is great very close to old town Owner helped us to go to train station he did not charge for the ride Even He brought my hat to the train station when I forgot it at the hotel I would definitely recommend this hotel You will love it like us "

"My room was a suite with two small balconies as on the corner and it was very nice, modern and clean, reception staff friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a nice location, not in the centre of the very old town but only a pleasant short walk up to the centre citadel so I felt it was ideal. Highly recommend staying here. "

"My wife and i really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel, however there are a couple of things to mention. Firstly, if you are driving make sure you know exactly where you are going, and that they can provide parking - there is only room for 2 cars in the tunnel to their courtyard. To get to the hotel you have to drive INTO the Citadel. Do not rely on a Sat Nav or you will end up on a narrow cobbled lane below the walls. Not recommended. It is a very old building. You will...

"This was a lovely hotel. The rooms are beautifully presented, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. It is a very short walk up the steps to the citidel/old city so the location is very convenient. Free parking on a street next to the hotel. The air conditioner worked perfectly and there is a refrigerator in the room which is very convenient. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Romania. Highly recommend. "

"This is a special place, not to be missed. In the beautiful traditional town of Viscri the hotel is warm and inviting. The staff are lovely, asking us what we’d like all the time and doing everything they could to make us feel comfortable. Food was very tasty, and the hotel owner took us on a guided walk through the forest behind the hotel. There is so much space to relax, and for kids to play in the garden. Highly recommended. "

"Beautiful property and great location. Walking distance to everything. WONDERFUL equipped kitchen and inviting decor. Laundry facility was great and outdoor areas were charming. We had to acclimate to not having air conditioning as it was quite warm during our visit, but I believe this is typical for all quaint and charming properties in this area. Thank you for sharing this wonderful space with us!"
