"Truly amazing. The process of saving almost extinct species (snow leopard, Przewalski horses, amphibians, cranes and woodpeckers and many more) is so necessary and done so well here. The habitat is carved into a beautiful mountainside so animals are content and thriving. The hotel had very fine young chefs creating delicious food every day and the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. We even spent one superb night in a cabin in the forest! A never to be forgotten time for us. "
