No traditional front desk but a kiosk, which a staff member assisted without being asked to and was completed in approx a minute. The rooms are clean with just enough size and amenities. I had to get on bed from bottom of bed. There is really no lobby. There is no coffee facility in room either. The check out time extension is charged by the hour.     "The hotel is situated in a central position near shops and restaurants. The room was a bit small but I expect this in a city centre. There was a laundry room which was useful and they store baggage for you. The breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of choice and the room had nice views.
