Lousy Service From The Hotel Team

A bad experience with the concierge, i can say they were hopeless and unapproachable. We were made to wait for our room to be ready for almost 2 hrs. Nobody were there to help carry our luggage. Concierge were not efficient. Really dissappointed with the stay.

Good service & nice staff

We stayed 2 nights. The 2nd nights we had a dinner at the hotel. Unfortunately the food was rotten. the staff had apologized and it was replaced with other at no charged. overall, to room was clean and comfortable.

眺望は快適。部屋の広さも文句なし。浴室にコップが置かれていない。頼んだら、通常は用意してないと断られた。朝食品数が少なく、スタッフの対応も悪い。シャワー室の排水溝が詰まっているのか、シャワー後、浴室全体が洪水のように水浸しに。改善を求めて従業員が来たが、改善無し。部屋の移動を依頼したが、最初元部屋より狭い部屋へ移動させられ、クレームをつけ、同じ広さの部屋への案内を頼んだが、眺望が悪くなった。ホテルの誠意が見えない。

Rocky Hotel at the highest point of Bukittinggi

We stayed for 2 days in a Deluxe Room. Great location but cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. Overall - overpriced.

A good value for money hotel but take ear plugs

Location in Bukittingi is great to get anywhere. However, there are TWO mosques close by that seem to compete to be the loudest. This was not helped by the handles missing on the windows so you could not close them properly in Room 522. Reception and housekeeping were great. Restaurant staff were not very responsive - every time I wanted a cup of tea With my breakfast I had to get up and find a member of staff. I was also told to get my own milk from the buffet. There is supposed to be a swimming pool but I never found it. I would stay again.
