The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a storage room and a separate toilet. The first floor has two additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.The property is fully fenced and features an outdoor swimming pool of 30 m², with eight sun loungers.The villa’s location in Plovanija is ideal for exploring the western coast of Istria and its coastal towns. Its proximity to Slovenia and Italy also offers opportunities for day trips and discovering the surrounding regions.Aquapark Istralandia, suitable for both children and adults, is nearby. During the summer, sports enthusiasts can also visit the ATP tennis tournament in Umag, approximately 10 km from the villa. Distances: restaurant 500m, shop 300m, center 300m, sea 7000m, beach 7000m, airport 2500m.

Es ist ein super schönes Haus, jeder hat seine Privatsphäre bei 4 Schlafzimmern.Alles sehr sauber, die Küche ist auch bestens ausgestattet. Außer Vll ein Toaster fehlt.Der Pool ist schön & groß, er ist nicht beheizt aber er erwärmt sich schnell bei Sonnenschein.Holzliege Stühle mit auflagen sind auch vorhanden. Ein sehr großer Hof mit schiebe Tor. Wir Empfehlen es sehr. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen :)
