  • Modern, beautiful single-family house "Ofelia", built in 2018. In the hamlet Buroli 5 km from the centre of Buje, 10 km from the centre of Umag, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool round (6 m diameter, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 25.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1.9 km, pebble beach 5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Wir waren im September 2025 da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und freundlich und die Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes klappte problemlos per WhatsApp.Die Außenanlage, der Pool war Spitze. Innenausstattung sehr geschmackvoll.Wir haben dort eine tolle Zeit gehabt.

Das war ein super schöner Urlaub!Die Unterkunft super, Familie Burolo waren sehr freundlich und wenn fragen waren immer da. Ist sehr zum empfehlen. Schönes Haus, unattraktive Umgebung

Das Eigentümerpaar S. und D. waren sehr freundlich. Das Haus war sauber und voll ausgestattet, der Garten liebevoll angelegt. Der Weiler Buroli bestand aus einigen Häusern und unbewohnten landwirtschaftlichen Gebäuden. Spaziergang war nur entlang der Straße möglich und abends gar nicht, da stockdunkel. Keinerlei Infrastruktur kilometerweit. Man musste alles mit dem Auto fahren. Sehr abgelegen. Schönes Haus in schlechter Lage.

Klein aber fein

Für Ruhesuchende genau richtig: baden im Pool, lesen auf der schattigen Terrasse, die Küstenstädte und die urigen Orte im Hinterland sind schnell erreichbar. Gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, zu zweit sehr empfehlenswert, für 4 Personen erscheint es uns zu klein- Schlafzimmer und Bad sind sehr eng.

Wundervoll

Wundervolles kleines Häuschen, rein kommen - wohlfühlen. Auto erforderlich, man kommt von dort aus gut nach umag und poreč. Spar Markt 5 min. Autofahrt. Man könnte auch den ganzen Tag am Pool liegen, so schön ist es. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir wurden im Ferienobjekt sehr freundlich empfangen, Haus sauber, alles vorhanden... außer das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer nicht unbedingt für ältere Menschen geeignet, da der hinten schlafende über den vorderen krabbeln muss - eindeutig zu eng.

Ferienhaus Ofelia

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus Ofelia mit 3 Personen. Alles war genau wie beschrieben, nur leider ist das W-Lan sehr schwach. S. und ihr Mann haben uns in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Bei Fragen ist sie immer per Mail oder am Telefon zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, nur ein Hahn kräht ab und zu. Bis nach Novigrad fährt man 15 Minuten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!!!

Tolle Unterkunft

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Eigentümerin war zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort und wir mussten nicht noch irgendwo den Schlüssel abholen. Sie hat uns kurz das Haus gezeigt und auf einer Karte gezeigt wo wir sind und wo man zum einkaufen usw. hin fahren kann. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man kann super abschalten. Es ist aber auch ein toller Ausgangspunkt um sich Orte in der Umgebung anzusehen, an das Meer zu fahren oder mit dem Schiff nach Venedig. Echt super Urlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, also genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Leider konnten wir in den letzten beiden Tagen, den Pool nicht mehr nutzen. Da die Wasserpumpe kaputt ging, wo keiner was dafür konnte.Dafür hat uns der Eigentümer angeboten, wenn wir noch mal einen Urlaub dort buchen, zwei Tage gratis dran zu hängen. Wirklich alles TOP und nur zu empfehlen.

Das Objekt selber und Umgebung ist toll, es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht und auch meistens vergisst. Das Haus ist neu und liebevoll gepflegt. Der Pool ausreichend für eine kurze Erfrischung. Umag ist schnell erreichbar und ein netter Urlaubsort. Was uns nicht besonders angesprochen hat waren die Strände, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Ansonsten haben wir uns super erholt.
