"The room was very humid. The towels were damp. The blankets were damp. Because of the humidility, plaster became loose. We wanted to open the windows to air. However, in front of our window is smoking area. Therefore, we couldn't open the only window. We talked to the front desk to change for another room. We were told that the hotel was full. I went to an booking agent to check whether the hotel was full. Surprise, they have room. We were there 6 nights, no towel changed, no cleaning, no coffee, no eat, zip! NOTHING. This is a over priced HOSTEL."
