"We went to Rügen together with my in-laws, we were five grown-ups and four kids. All and all the house and surroundings were lovely. The house is super cute, and have all the stuff you need. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked. Worth pointing out: 1.The house is not actually by the sea. "The house is beautiful, spacious and very nicely decorated. We used the pool/yoga house almost every morning. Its a great spot to start the day with a great view of the pool and backyard. Management was quick to respond when we had questions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of vacation home yet close to the beach. Downtown with its shops can easily be reached on foot or bikes (several come with the house). Overall, we had a great vacation and would highly recommend this rental."

"Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"

It was very chilly! The dishwasher had a putrid odor after we ran it. There was old rotting food in the bottom, and pink slime on the dishwasher arms and gaskets. I dismantled as much as I could and cleaned it thoroughly. After multiple uses the odor finally dissipated.One of the cupboards had a broken hinge when we arrived. Two of the coffee makers were broken. We contacted the owner who sent a repair person the next day to fix the cabinet, but did not replace the broken coffee makers. Instead, we were told to use the nespreso machine. We were surprised that a replacement coffee maker was not provided. The kitchen was supplied with one dishcloth, one dishtowel, and only 3 dishwasher tabs to last our family of 7 for a week. The kitchen is compact, with room for only one or two people at a time. The dining room is also very compact and difficult to move around especially when people are seated at the table. The description and photos of bedrooms was inaccurate and deceiving. There are only 3 bedrooms with beds. On the website, the first two bedroom photos are of the same room, which is why we thought there were four bedrooms"
