  • Villa Inés is located in a residential area, on the top of a small hill, with unobstructed views over the Bay of Alcudia. The situation is ideal, as it is only 2 minutes to the motorway access. 30 min to Palma, 15 min to the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia, Muro, Can Picafort and Pollensa.

    VIlla Ines has been refurbished in 2020, and has the best comforts that can be offered nowadays. Free Wifi, swimming pool and chill out area for starry nights’.



    It has air conditioning and heat pump in the bedrooms, and pellet heating on the ground floor, ducted to the upper floor.

Very nice and quiet environment.

Pros: Beautiful views, privacy and quiet surroundings. Cons: A very narrow and winding road leads to the villa. It is not suitable for large vehicles. However, it is not a problem for medium and smaller cars.

The view from the garden is a dream!

Pros: The House had a wonderful view and a friendly Host. It is situated in a completely quiet and idyllic location. We liked the fresh eggs from the chicken. Cons: Some things could do with an update. Unfortunately, there was no sun umbrella for the pool loungers. There was bulky waste and trash on the neighboring property right next to the pool.
