"Staff"

"Average. This property needs to finish the little details in rooms that are not completed. Refresh painting on ceiling and walls. Need new toilet (I had to hold the handle for about 45 seconds to have a complete flush…annoying. The parking is not adequate at entrance. The hotel needs to inform guests about the specifics amenities and deficiencies about rooms at check in. This hotel’s housekeeping never cleaned my room-I stayed two nights. This hotel is all smoke and mirrors. I give it a rate of 2.5 stars. It has potential to be greater. "

"When we arrived late at night, their system was down. I had to wait in the lobby with my child in the middle of the night for about 20-30 minutes, after travelling. They eventually put us in a room, but I had to come back to the front desk the next day to get keys and give them my credit card. Also, their pool was closed, and my kid was looking forward to playing in it. The staff was very friendly though!"
