" No housekeeping with little more than a “sorry” and no compensation for it not being done. At 5:30 in the morning on both days the reception person was very loud in conversation with the cooks preparing breakfast. My hotel room was opposite the kitchen and was awakened much earlier than I needed Coffee in the dining area at 6:40 am was cold on both days and I had to ask the cooks to make fresh coffee Receptionist said he made the coffee at 5 am and clearly it did not stay hot "
