  • Welcome to your private Lake Lanier retreat, where unforgettable lake days and peaceful evenings come together. Nestled in a quiet deep-water cove near Lake Lanier Islands, this waterfront home offers beautiful views, a private two-story floating dock, and everything you need for a memorable getaway with family and friends.

    Wake up with coffee on the covered deck overlooking the water, spend the afternoon swimming, floating, fishing, or relaxing on the dock’s upper sundeck, then gather around the dining table or enjoy dinner on the spacious outdoor deck as the sun sets over the lake.

    The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with:
    • Main Level: King Master Suite, Queen + Twin bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room with Smart TV.
    • Lower Level: Two Queen bedrooms, full bathroom, cozy family room with fireplace, foosball table, Smart TV, and additional sleeper sofa.

    Want to experience Lake Lanier like a local? A luxury 23’ Cobalt Bowrider is available to rent exclusively for guests staying at the home for an additional fee. Fuel is not included, and a refundable security deposit and signed rental agreement are required. The cost for the boat rental is $600 a day with $200 Refundable Deposit.

Rules

Driveway and Cart path are both shared driveways please do not block either of them so all parties can come and go as they please.
After 9pm please keep noise level on balcony down to a minimum out of respect of our lovely neighbors.
Only use the dock that is directly behind the home the other docks belong to the neighbors and we don’t have permission to use them.

Our family had the best weekend at this house! Everything was fresh and clean, the view of the lake through the trees is magical, and the dock and location on Lake Lanier are ideal. We have rented many properties through VRBO and Colby is one the best hosts we have had. He responded immediately to our questions and was extremely generous. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!

We had an amazing stay! Really clean, spacious and the dock was great to swim off! Colby kept in great contact. This place has everything you need for a Great Lake stay. We didn’t take the option to rent the Jet Ski’s and boat but will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved everything about this home! It’s beautiful, just a short walk to the dock with an amazing view of the lake. My favorite spot was the patio, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The location is also perfect, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive and thoughtful—providing so many extras that made our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The house had everything we needed.
