- A dream lake house on Lake Lanier—4,700 sq. ft. of clean, modern space with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 10 beds (including bunk beds and a sofa bed) for 11 guests. Fully renovated in March 2025. Enjoy lake access, a private dock with a furnished party deck, two-story decks, game area (air hockey, foosball, darts), and a private office. The perfect blend of luxury, fun, and relaxation—ideal for families, groups, or working getaways in peaceful Bethel. (The boat is not included.) The dock is 300 ft from the patio.
