"Breakfast was good every day. Housekeeping was very bad. Charging for parking was cheap and below Hyatt standards."

The person at the front was so rude!(sabena) she told me the price and I said yes and she was like “ you didn’t say anything “… she put me in a room that smelled like weed! There was no remote for the TV in the room. I’ve stayed at Sonesta before… this is not the standard!!!"

"This was a decent hotel in a great location. You are minutes away from the mall of Georgia and all the shops and restaurants that comes with that. You could get to lake Lanier and Alpharetta pretty quick. Again, great location. The hotel amenities weren't great nor disappointing. OK at best. The staff were great and helpful when they could be. Breakfast was not a highlight. The rooms were decent and seemed to be recently updated. Everything was clean and seemed to be in good working order. Overall, it was a decent stay. No issues whatsoever. Not thrilling either."

"We didn’t require much but staff was welcoming and kind. Housekeeping came in and cleaned the room while we were out. It was nice to come back to fresh towels and a made bed."
