Great staff, very pleasant to deal with. Awesome room but the hot water and heat were broken. I was notified of this 20 minutes after my flight landed in Buffalo the weekend of a Bills game. If you have ever traveled to Buffalo for a bills game you know it’s impossible to get a room somewhere day of arrival. When spending the kind of money I did freezing at night next to a space heater and not really being able to enjoy the whole place because so many areas were probably 60 degrees at night when it’s 45 outside is rough. You do hear the music from the dj upstairs at night club, not a deal breaker on the ninth floor with a white noise machine which they do have. Sad it didn’t live up to the hype.
