The manager on duty had a poor attitude. The TV worked on some channels but not all. No repairman. Telephone did NOT work. My husband got sick in the middle of the night and had a very high fever and I almost had to call 911 and it would not have been possible on my cell phone because I am out of my area.. Her response was “it doesnt work and I don’t know what is wrong with it”. My husband asked if she could possible get one from another room. She replied rudely “I'm full and i cant just pull one out of another room”. The room was hot at night and no adjustment to the thermostat changed it. I was miserable and only slept one hour after tossing and turning trying to get cool. At almost $200 night this is absolutely unacceptabble.

The staff was excellent, Michelle at the front desk was very helpful thru out our stay. She went over and above! Debbie at the dining area was very helpful and was exceptionally nice. Over all great trip, the only thing I didn't like was the mattress on the bed, it was very soft.

Real nice people here.
The staff here was very friendly. The lady that checked us in and the lady at breakfast treated us like family. I will definitely stay here again. Plus they have Texas shaped waffles.

Can’t find anything to complain about. Greeted by very friendly and welcoming front desk clerk, very clean and comfortable beds and room, very good breakfast. I’m certain the check out will go just as well. We’ll be coming back

The room we had was a suite. It was spacious and clean. The hotel itself was situated just enough away from the highway to be quiet. The breakfast was tasty and didn’t seem as though it had just been microwaved.

It was a clean place to stay. Made sure the pool was open so my granddaughters could swim. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was not so friendly. The breakfast was good. When I got an invoice for the room, it said it was going to charge my card the full amount when I actually went through hotels.com. Went to the front desk for answers and she had none. Most of the time I book thru here and have questions at least the staff at the front at other places had answers. I know I booked through hotels.com but still. It is convenient to the highway. Overall if I had to stay again, I might.

Woke up to no water in the entire hotel. Found out it was city wide. Not the hotels fault, but we were miserable & had to leave early in the morning to find a bathroom that flushed.
