Hot tub was broken, pool looked green and dirty. Shower curtain in the room had pink mold and filthy all over. Bar fridge in room had no shelves, iced up and bad mouldy smell. Asked for the shower curtain to be changed. It wasn’t until we asked a make cleaner in the hallway and waited until it was done.
Breakfast was over early or gone both mornings we were there For the price I expect much much better.
Will NEVER be staying here again.

Hotel was ok it met my needs. Tyler at check in was pleasant and welcoming but not one other staff member acknowledged me however after 2 days I was heading out the housekeeping staff said good morning. Housekeeping staff in plain clothes not in uniform!? I did not take advantage of breakfast because it ended at 9am- too early for me. 9:30 or 10:00 would be better!! Towels a bit thin. Surprised no one cleaned/ made beds daily. I know they don’t change linens daily but I expected garbage changed and beds to be made?? Refresh towels if needed.
Clean safe hotel but unfortunately had to make multiple trips to the front desk for missing items such as bedding, wash cloths, and shampoo. Also, there were doors slamming downstairs at 12:30am. Would have expected the room to be better stocked for $200/night.
You can tell it’s a new building, everything was very nice. The staff member, Tyler, at check-in was very friendly. The breakfast crew were also so kind and the way they organized the buffet was done with care. Had some noisy neighbours, but that’s unavoidable. All in all, a great experience!

We called prior to our stay to request for a crib however when we arrived late, there was no crib set up in our room.
The bathroom was dirty. you could hear people in the next room speaking.
THe hotel was definite not at capacity but when we asked for more pillows, they said that there were not enough pillows.
Free continental breakfast was barely edible. They seem short staffed.
I was looking forward to staying here, the grounds were nice, the staff friendly and attentive. However, the hot tub was broken and looked disgusting, the pool was dirty with floaties and one elevator was down and no ice machines were working on our floor.
Usually not a problem but I paid over $160.00 plus tax to stay and it was not worth it.
Good stay with family in a calm and quiet place. Nice parking. 20-25m drive to the Niagara Falls.
For next time I would consider staying in the downtown Marriott, since parking cost approx. ~25.00 per day, which is what the Hotel price in downtown. Also there plenty of dining options in downtown comparatively.
This is a pleasant hotel in a suburban location. Your room is cleaned and towels are changed only if you opt for it when you check in. Staff are helpful but the hotel is understaffed.
