Great neighborhood

Super convenient to airport, Charlie The Butchers, Duffs Famous for Wings, and Mighty Taco (all required stops when we are in town). Pleasant neighbors and the house was just what we needed for 5 adults and a dog (fenced yard for dog).

Perfect size for our family of four. Clean and had some of the basics needed for a short stay. We would stay here again! His t was very accommodating for early and late check in.

Nice house with backyard.

My wife, parents, and I enjoyed our stay here. The backyard was great for our dog. Driving around the area was easy as we had no problem getting on 90 for the Bills game. I would come back.

Very comfortable

We were in Buffalo for a family wedding and the house was very convenient to all of the venues and other family members. We travel with our dog and the back yard was great for playing with him and excellent places for walks. The house was very comfortable and suited our needs to a tee.

A little hiccup at first-we didn’t know to enter through the side door-did not impact our pleasant stay. Nice beds, wonderful showers, newer appliances-including the washer and dryer-and plenty of room made for an enjoyable two days.

Best Little VRBO in Buffalo

We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's in the Buffalo area while visiting our family. This is by far the best. It was very clean and all the rooms were decorated and furnished nicely. The home was obviously well-cared for maintained properly. The yard is fenced and our dogs were allowed, another great bonus. The fireplace was much appreciated as we visited during a winter snowfall. There is a nice deck for warmer months. It is a superb little place and we had a great time. Thank you to the property manager/owner for allowing us the chance to stay here. We hope to be back.

Great Location!

The property was very clean. The location was perfect! Between UB and Daemen college, near the 33 so getting downtown was easy. The only thing I would change is more hangers. The master bedroom does not have a dresser , but the closet is huge and they have nightstands. The motion detection lights came in handy at night. It was great having a washer and dryer in a clean basement. The last vrbo we rented nearby last year was so dirty that I didnt have the others pay their share;(. I highly recommend this VRBO Be aware the second bedroom upstais is small and suited more for a child. The other bedrooms had either a queen or king which was very nice! We had a small problem with a leak and it was taken care of immediately. The owner was kind enough to have an early check in for us. Although it is pet friendly we did not smell any animals prior to our stay.. Since we still have family in Amherst, we will definitely stay here again.

I am so grateful for a pet friendly property! This host was accommodating to let us bring our little dogs. I appreciate that there were laundry facilities and a fenced back yard. The house is also situated on a nice, calm, and quiet street that is centrally located to so many things.

Wonderful House in Buffalo
