It was very nice and the check in was very smooth. Great communication. It was perfect for checking out the Downtown of Buffalo. A few items that didn't work for us but may be perfect for someone else. The micro fiber bath towels were a firm NO for both of us. I didn't find an iron or any games, puzzles or books. The bed and pillows were very firm and to my surprise I slept very well! Was a little worried usually I don't sleep well on a bed that firm! If you are planning to use it as a home base great. If you are planning to take a relaxing weekend away the games and such would be a nice addition. Otherwise was very nice.

Very nice apartment, very spacious, really like the decoration, very clean, located in the downtown area so no need to drive. It shows the owner put a lot of effort to make it classy and welcoming. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend this place.
