The room and hotel were excellent, with a great location and convenient shuttle service. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was an early-morning shuttle driver who seemed unhappy assisting with our luggage. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Staff was nice. I have not stayed at this location in about 6 years but I used to stay there very often for work. Returning to this hotel it was noticeable that some larger scale improvements and refreshing might be needed. The plumbing seemed to have back-up issues and our rooms wallpaper needs to be addressed (gross stains). Environmental control (we were there in the winter) was constantly fighting to maintain room temperature and it was loud and uncomfortable with cool periods and then sudden blasts of heat.

The staff were very pleasant. The room was very comfortable, especially the mattress and pillows. Liked the refrigerator and coffee maker! The light switches were very confusing and not enough light in bedroom area. The room was clean and yet some wear and tear in bathroom area.
