"Was led to believe the free breakfast was a full breakfast, but was only continental, with toasted breads and bagels and one flavor of yogurt. Anything else had to ordered and charged for at the "cafe". I found 2 pieces of broken glass and a dirty washcloth in the bathroom, and asked for housekeeping but was told they had gone home."

"I had a wonderful stay at The Richardson! My room was modern and lovely. The hotel is brimming with character, history, and beauty. The location is convenient. There is free and ample parking. There is a small museum on the lower level, a restaurant bar, and gym. The staff was attentive and pleasant. We will definitely be staying at the Richardson again."
