"The bathroom was beautiful, but the shower water was lukewarm at best. The TV was beautiful, but it had no local channels to watch sports or connect to the area. Why do you have to call the front desk to get ice? There was no way to adjust the room temperature; it was set and locked at 71 degrees. The promised "breakfast coupon" I received in a text never materialized at check-in, and the selections for "breakfast" were premade sandwiches with no accommodations for allergies. The Campus is SMOKE FREE. For those who do not smoke, this is not a concern, but there was not even a designated smoking area outside for those who have the choice to do so. This experience was far from luxurious and felt more like a one-size-fits-all. Perhaps this company should stick to fine cuisine and overpriced spa packages for a romantic getaway. For a weary traveler who just wanted to relax after a long week, I will not stay here again. "
