2 BR + Office Oasis in the Elmwood Village
Our private Turn-of-the-Century home offers a home away from home in an urban oasis setting. There is plenty of room for those needing accommodations for a large family (sleeps up to 6 comfortably) yet cozy enough for those traveling solo.
The kitchen is fully equipped; appliances, cast iron pans, cookware, and a couple of extras to allow you to prepare full meals, reheat leftovers, and/or enjoy your DoorDash take out. Coffee, tea, filtered water, and ice available.
All necessary toiletries are provided for your stay including just in case essentials you may have forgotten at home (Just Ask). The bathroom has the original claw foot tub.
The dedicated office and apartment is powered with high-speed internet WiFi. There is plenty of seating throughout the place for gathering. The living room has a 55" Smart TV to login to your favorite streaming services or easily cast from your device. There are also a number of board games for those rainy days as well. The front porch provides extra space for hanging out, relaxing, and sips. The heat/central air in the apartment is controlled by the guests. With a separate entrance, the entire apartment is yours!
Since this home was built in 1907, we have steam radiators heating and we do not have central air (Radiant heating). However, each bedroom will have a dedicated window A/C unit beginning June 1st for your comfort in the evenings and a ceiling fan for the main area during the day. The space is not child proof, so if you're traveling with a little one(s) please keep this in mind. However, there's not much for them to get into. We've tried to limit those smaller/breakable objects in the home. Anything else you need to make your stay more enjoyable, just ask!

“Office Oasis” was a great location for our stay in Buffalo to visit family.
Clean, cozy, and within walking distance of Delaware Park, the Albright Knox Gallery, and Elmwood.
We parked on a side street and felt perfectly safe. We walked miles around the neighborhoods and enjoyed Buffalo’s amazing architecture.
The owner was attentive to questions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location!
This place is incredibly clean and very comfortable. The inside is very cool. After getting in the doors the first impression was "Wow". We did not use much of the amenities but there were plenty, bathroom and kitchen were stocked. It was a great launch pad for the Bills game. I'd stay there again.
Perfect Stay in Delaware / Elmwood / Downtown Buffalo
Very cute and well appointed first floor flat. Spacious with beautiful craftsman woodwork. Unique claw foot tub and shower. Big beds in two bedrooms. My only constructive comment is a need f more comfort pillows.
Historic house well located. Host was accommodating and accessible. House needs some updating and furniture needs some work. But overall worked well for us
Ibrahim was an amazing host he was super proactive and responsive with the check-in process and throughout the stay. The kitchen contained everything we could have ever wanted. Overall the house itself was immaculate. So clean and well decorated. Its classic look had so much character.
Excellent location, only concern is very narrow driveway with tight parking off street, this was disclosed by owner in description of property on vrbo site
The home was incredible. The home was located in a convenient location close to restaurants. The home was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
We just loved being on the porch talking
Sleep was wonderful no noise, thank you for having us!

We had a great two night stay here - the house is really cool - an old Buffalo house with lots of history - wood floors and high ceilings. The owner has thought of everything, so many nice details and decor, and just when you think you need something, it's right there. Will definitely stay again. Thanks!
This place is lovely. The photos give you a great idea of what it looks like but its so much cuter in person. It was perfect for our short trip and is so close to everything. Ibrahim is very nice, great to talk to as well. If we are ever in the area again, we will certainly stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay in Buffalo. This home is located in a great area for exploring and we loved walking the neighborhood. I especially enjoyed the character and charm that this property offers. Ibrahim was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
Right from the start Ibrahim was great at communicating with us. The house is a gorgeous old home and we were on the bottom floor. It was very clean and Ibrahim thought of absolutely everything that someone would possibly need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this home and would stay there again the next time I'm in Buffalo 🐃
As a former Buffaloian who visits often, this is the best VRBO I've stayed at in Buffalo, NY. All was as described plus some nice well thought out forward thinking things for guests, like lots of hooks around the house to hang items, fully equipped bathroom with plenty of towels and toiletries. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. All the little extras made this a 5- plus!! And the price is reasonable! I hate being price gouged and didn’t feel like I was. The location is perfect for our needs. My small VW Tiguan was able to park in the back, but our additonal vehicle we had no problem parking in front of or close to the front of the house.
We got married in my wife's hometown of Buffalo, and needed somewhere to call home for about a week as family rolled in from all over the country and world.
This was the perfect place to stay. Great location, big comfortable beds and a clean kitchen that came in handy when we had friends over the day after the wedding for donuts and coffee. At times the place had a bunch of people, and at others it was just both of us cuddled up on the couch watching basketball (go Lakers!). It really made us love Buffalo more than we already did.
Ibrahim really takes amazing care of the space and was there for any questions we had and even bought us a bottle of wine as a wedding present (California Red, which I took as a nod to my home).
I couldn't recommend this place enough! When we go back we will definitely try and stay there.
We loved this place!! Has great character and a true love of Buffalo!! Fully stocked with more than just pots and pans. You have to be patient with the water pressure in the shower and we did have an issue with finding parking on the street late at night. Our Honda pilot couldn’t fit down the driveway, so we had to park in the driveway. We left a note for the upstairs neighbor thinking that we had it covered. This driveway is actually shared with the house next door as well, so we unknowingly caused an issue with others. Definitely stay here, especially if you drive a smaller vehicle!
We really enjoyed our stay in Elmwood Village. The house was plenty spacious for our family of 4. Everything was clean and as described in listing. Kitchen is well stocked. We ate majority of our meals in, and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Lots of games available for evenings in. Nice front porch for relaxing or reading.
If you are not familiar with Buffalo, reach out to owner for suggestions. Ibrahim gave us so many great suggestions for things happening around town, and we enjoyed them all! Highly recommend 25 min drive to Niagara Falls, both American and Canadian side. Kids also enjoyed Canalside.
As described, the driveway to back of house is pretty narrow. I was too scared to attempt so we parked on the street all week. I had no issues finding parking, and normally was parked directly in front of our building.
One thing to note, the claw foot tub may be tricky for an older adult to navigate.
Highly recommend staying here, and would book here again!

Rude Host who lies!
Overall, the house “worked” for what the trip was for (Bills Game). Shower curtain was ripped and wasn’t the cleanest. Our problem was the host attempting to charge us a few hundred dollars for a broken shelf which was not done by us. When I contacted him to let him know, he began calling me naive and how I “let” children party there without me. Not true! The host said he stays on site and he never once said there were any issues. Furthermore, it was my middle aged husband staying there and his co workers. He has a ring doorbell that he could verify no one was having a “party” there. I tried communicating with him, but he became nasty and continued name calling and was very aggressive. So I stopped communicating and went straight to VRBO customer service. They advised I was not going to be charged this excessive fee the host was attempting to scam out of us.
Overall, the house was “fine” and we didn’t make a stink about any of the issues my husband came across. However, that all changed when the host was trying bleed more money out of us for something we didn’t do.
A Gem of a Place in Elmwood Village. Close to coffee shops, restaurants , boutiques , sightseeing!
We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located property over the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately it was during the blizzard of 2022. There was a driving ban so we were "stuck" in the house. But we didn't mind. It's a lovely, clean, homey place. Lots of windows, well furnished and decorated. Very Buffalo-centric, which is charming! The host was super considerate. He communicated well with us before we got there and during the blizzard checked on us each day to make sure we were ok and didn't need anything. He shoveled the mountains of snow/ice so we could walk our little dog and drive, if necessary. The property has a fully equipped kitchen and more small appliances than you would need! We enjoyed our stay despite the weather and would definitely stay at the property, if available, on our next trip to Buffalo.
House was beautiful and so well decorated! Our first time to Buffalo and the rental was decorated so cute! Christmas tree and outdoor lights were the perfect touch. Rental has everything you need and the beds were super comfy! Highly recommended and would stay again!
