About this property

Just off the river, 3 blocks from downtown.

  • Stylish condo just steps from the Arkansas River! Just outside the front door, take a short walk down the paved riverfront path to Riverside park, downtown dining, and shopping. There is a master suite on the street level with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is upstairs, on the main level, with a queen over queen bunk bed and a walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. There are views of the mountains that surround Salida out most windows. In case you need a night in, there is high speed internet and board games. This is our family's weekend getaway, we bring our kids here to enjoy getting out into nature. At this time, we do not have a TV. Please, NO pets and NO smoking.
