Mountain home with some of the best views in Chaffee county! Surrounded by private land makes this a great place to bring your ATV's and other toys. This getaway is very spacious including a fully stocked kitchen, 2 TV's, Wi-Fi internet, garage, 4 bedrooms, one is also a game room of sorts. Huge back deck with grill and outdoor patio table over looking view of Arkansas Valley and Collegiate Peak Mountains....BREATHTAKING! It is conveniently located to ALL of the valley's activities from Leadville, Mt. Princeton to Salida yet tucked away from neighbors! Be sure to bring binoculars to watch the wildlife.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed for $25.00 night per dog and a $25.00 additional cleaning fee. $350 damage deposit which is promptly refunded if house is left in proper condition.
Stay 6 nights and you will get the 7th night free..

I had a great stay for a weekend. The home was very clean and comfortable. Private location but still close to town and Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. The views out back were absolutely incredible! Will definitely stay again when traveling to that area.

Perfect for a family get together!

This was a wonderful home base for exploring and taking day ski trips. The house itself had everything we needed, and was located well away from neighbors even though we were right outside of town.

This house is so nice, comfortable and clean. We always enjoy staying there. We come to ride the ATV trails in the area and having use of the 2-car garage is a plus. Great rental!

Best view in Chaffee County!

The pictures don't do the view justice!! Seriously, we could've sat staring at the view the entirety of the stay.Otherwise plenty of space, amenities, and a great location. Plenty of room for the puppies to play! Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks again for the stay, Rohnda!

Fun time near Mt Princeton

Nice house. Great location. Perfect for hanging out and using as a home base for Mt Princeton Hot Springs, the Drive In Movie theater, Midland Tunnels, jeepIng to Tin Cup, feeding the chipmunks in St Elmo, and lots of great restaurants like Crave for dinner and Rooster’s Crow cafe for breakfast. Overall great family fun trip.

Weekend Ski Trip

We really enjoyed the roomy layout and separated bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped with all kitchen essentials. We love the view we had at sunset and were lucky to enjoy the full moon..

Comfortable and Cozy

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of amenities in the kitchen so we could cook some meals together. Host was extremely responsive and helpful with a few questions we had. The view of the snow-dusted Collegiate peaks was incredible!

Perfect stay for our weekend getaway

My husband, pup and myself live in Centennial and came out for a weekend in mid February. The kitchen was fully stocked, space incredibly clean, couch was cozy and views that will take your breath away. It is perfectly situated within 8 min to BV but far enough away to experience the sounds of silence. Our dog loved all the space to run around. Only hiccup was the king mattress needs an update. We would def stay here again!

Excellent Vacay Home

We spent 15 nights here. The location was great. The views were awesome. The home was well stocked with all essentials. Loads of parking for our vehicle and side by side and it's trailer. The washer & dryer worked great and perfectly located in the master bedroom bathroom. The host reached out to us shortly after our arrival to find out if we needed anything and if we needed trash pickup. Highly recommend this home - only 5 mins from Johnson Village and 10 mins from Buena Vista - BIG plus.

ATV ride Taylor Resevoir

Excellent location with great views of mountains and valley. house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the five of us.. Beds were also comfortable. I had read a review that mentioned road noise, but was hardly noticeable on outside and not at all inside house.. Owner was easy to communicate with and thoughtful as checked with us after a couple of days to see if we needed anything. Would certainly stay again if in the area Marvin

Great location for offroading

We enjoyed our stay in the house. Great location and had plenty of parking for trailering jeeps for offroading. The house was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The house air conditioning is only a mini-split wall unit that doesn't keep the whole house cool, even with fans. The nights eventually cool off, but can be uncomfortable if you are expecting A/C to keep the bedrooms at each end of the house cool.
