"It was a very disappointing stay at this VRBO, we arrived around 9pm, a nice woman named Ingrid met us and let us in. We had just come from San Blas Islands where we had to take cold/ saltwater showers, had an incredibly terrible [traumatic] car ride from the islands and were REALLY looking forward to hot showers. NO HOT WATER! Host knew the gas was out in the building, therefore no hot water, cooking or dryer, but did not tell us this. I felt this was very deceitful behavior and let him know...
