"My son and i were in town to fly fish the last minute. Everything was clean, and plenty of hot water. A short walk down to the back yard Arkansas river frontage for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks made the day."

"We enjoyed the property overall, but unfortunately, we experienced several unexpected maintenance and one safety issue during our stay.To the owners’ credit, they did respond and address each problem once they were notified. However, having several significant maintenance issues during our stay, including the heating device that burned through clothing, was unsettling and resulted in multiple maintenance visits to the property while we were staying there. This was particularly inconvenient because we were managing several large family events during our trip and were counting on the house being a place where we could simply rest. We hope these issues are addressed so future guests can have a more carefree stay."

"The property was very quaint, comfortable, clean and fit our needs perfectly. The beds were comfy. We really liked the bucket chairs in the living room along with the fireplace it was very relaxing. The location was great, within walking distance to town and a close drive to the hot springs. Our host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property."

"Had a wonderful stay here. Jana the host was very responsive with clear communication on any questions I had. The kitchen was well appointed with extensive appliances, though we did not use it much. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very clean. The available seating in the main rooms was quite comfortable. I'd highly recommend this property!"
