Location is perfect but the pictures of the rooms are not how the rooms are we got a room located in the back of the building, sketchy people outside at night , the door was hard to close, had to move our sofa by the door at night to feel secure the rooms in the front of the hotel are nice but I guess we were not so lucky the only thing good is location and the beds were actually comfortable and the staff was ok .

No elevator- no assistance with luggage to second floor- needed fresh towels and was told no one to deliver them and didn't say I could pick up the towel. Front desk staff very unfriendly on the day I checked out. Also connections to charge phone and iPad in the first room I was given was not accessible. Hotel appears to work for anyone that is not disabled. I have physical limitations and it wasn't the best choice for me.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We had to do an early check in but it was an added $60 charge which we were willing to pay because it was last minute notice. The room looked clean but their was a couple of blood or red stains on the walls near the restroom, which was disappointing to see. We went to the hot tub around 8pm turned on the jets but it never got hot, waited 30mins then left once we realized it wasn’t working. My family only stayed 2 days, 1night for the price, it was an average experience.
