hello crystal ! thanks for the good compliments for me, n my family n sorry my listing didnt quiet satisfy ur stay. yes it's basically a place offered for sleep n go purposes fr a very reasonable price in a great location but thanks for ur suggestions n will try to improve lil better n the odor was from burnt popcorn in d microwave which prior guests from air bnb rental burnt a popcorn bag inside microwave n left with a typical smell n we hv tried our best to get rid of that smell n its slowly getting rid of it. n yes as mentioned in d listing description's the frontyard n backyard is shared n no smoking allowed but still i was nice to let u smoke in d front yard n also offered u to sit n hv ur drinks in d backyard n also asked u couple times if everything was ok n if u need anything or any concerns but u said all is well , if u would hv mentioned about d odor then i would hv provided plugin freshners but thanks anyways !

Sorry that my 250 ÷ 5 star review listing on air bnb n vrbo with all positive review property didn't meet your expectations just because you didn't look at the property description properly n blindly booked it without checking details n pictures. My listing is exactly d same as described on vrbo n air bnb n I have been listed fr almost 4 years with 1000's of guests stayed n liked it the way it is with 2 bedrooms n giving 5 star reviews ...sorry to say you are d 1st person who didn't like d layout of d listing out of 1000 people who stayed here n yes it is a non refundable reservation since it is priced accordingly n you should know where in d world you can rent a whole house for $89/night in a prime location like this in a safe neighborhood,across a mall with all restaurants n shopping n night life n mainly right by Disneyland n knottsberryfarm n also provided all d basic amenities . Also thanks for suggesting to donate d rent which is very inappropriate to say as I am totally n legally eligible for d rent as you had booked the property months n months ago n you had occupied my dates on vrbo n air bnb for so many months n then you show up on ur arrival date n u don't like it n ask for refund on a nonrefundable reservation which is very unfair to any host .just because u didn't do your job right n because of that other people who like my listing they couldn't book my place on such a busy time when there r conventions going on in our town n lots of tourists visiting .but thanks fr suggesting as I have my own ways of donating which we do on regular places where needed .I have a suggestion for you fr any of ur future rentals or anything you do plz have a look properly before renting or buying anything..thanks

Hello Anna ! Thanks for ur suggestions, I wish u had asked me to come change both tv batteries during ur stay but now I hv replaced both d remote batteries n all good Regarding mattresses I hv kept all options open for guests , since sone people prefer to sleep on soft n sone on hard , so I hv put one hard mattress in inside room n hv 2 soft mattresses in first room so guests can switch arrnd . Yes d water pressure in shower is lil low since it’s a water saver shower head since d city keeps pushing on putting water saver equipments due to severe California drought , but even I myself don’t prefer those showerheads so I hv already replaced it couple days ago . Appreciate all ur suggestions n thanks fr liking my clean place n location n hope to see u guys in d future 😊
