Nichts zu meckern. Die Betten sind für sehr große und schwere Personen sicherlich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für uns war es prima und wir kommen gerne wieder.

positiv: großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, großer Tisch für 20 Personen, schöne Lage, ruhig, genug Parkplätze, zuverlässiger Brötchenservice negativ: kleine Betten, einfache Matratzen, Bettdecken und Kopfkissen, Ablagemöglichkeit (Tisch oder Stuhl) in den Schlafzimmern fehlt, wenig Steckdosen und dürftige Beleuchtung, reparaturbedürftige Armaturen, defekte Terrassenschiebetür, eine von zwei Spülmaschinen defekt, kein einziges Bad mit Fenster, nur 3 Bäder mit Duschen und nur 3 Toiletten, sehr hellhörig, Sofas waren alt, durchgesessen und defekt, Reaktionszeit des Vermieters auf Anfragen inakzeptabel, WLAN funktionierte gar nicht Fazit: Preis-Leistung schlecht

Ruim, netjes en licht.

De woning heeft een fijne grote woonkamer en keuken zodat je makkelijk met een grote groep samen kunt zijn. Het huis is heel praktisch en met een mooi uitzicht. Wat ik nog leuk zou vinden is ook bij minder weer een overdekt buitenzitje met een mogelijkheid om vuur te maken

Tolles Reiseziel für Gruppen

Wir haben ein Wochenende bei Eric in Belgien verbracht und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmeraufteilung und Anzahl der Bäder/Toiletten ist super, die Küche groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnraum hat bestimmt 60 m² und ist mehr als ausreichend für die Anzahl der Leute. Das Haus war sauber und die Feuerstelle einsatzbereit. Außerdem ist das Haus komplett auf dem Land, lange Spaziergänge oder Wanderungen sind also kein Problem. Das Grundstück ist riesig und vor allem bei Schnee und Sonnenschein kommt man auf seine Kosten. Eine Kleinigkeit hat mich irritiert (kann bei Ferienhäusern auch normal sein, hatte bis dato keinen Erfahrungswert): Die Nebenkosten wurden extra abgerechnet. Das sind dann auch nochmal 100€ für ein Wochenende und voller Auslastung. Das sollte man einfach auf dem Schirm haben. Aber wie gesagt, insgesamt hat es uns super gefallen und vielleicht kommen wir ja auch mal wieder.

Sehr schoenes Haus für grosse Gruppen

Wir waren im Januar mit mehreren befreundeten Familien dort und alle waren begeistert. Das ganze Haus ist für einen solchen Zweck super aufgeteilt und wir haben nichts vermisst. Dass es insgesamt 5 Bäder gab, war auch sehr praktisch. Das Haus ist zudem sehr gepflegt. Nur bis zum nächsten Supermarkt ist es etwas weit. Wir wollten eigentlich im Sommer wiederkommen, aber leider war schon alles ausgebucht. Schade, aber aufgeschoben ist ja nicht aufgehoben!
