"A/C did not work at all. Asked to change rooms or have it fixed and they responded by saying the technician wouldn’t come back until after our stay, and they had no other rooms. However it showed that we could book a room that was available."

"Clean room, staff friendly. air conditioning didn’t work much, minimum it hot was 24C… Good breakfast, but for being France i expected more. Where are the fromage options? They don’t mention within the Expedia app that the pool is closed for kids at 5pm."
